Description:The Food and Nutrition Center is like a small neighborhood grocery story that distributes free food to people who need a little help. There are shelves of canned goods as well as racks of bread, fresh fruit and vegetables, and a meat freezer and a walk-in refrigerator for dairy products. The clients, who register with the CRC, receive weekly food assistance. Emergency food is also available. The Center serves low-income individuals, families, and seniors as well as people who are homeless, those affected by domestic violence, and people unable to work due to a disability. The Food and Nutrition center provides food and a lot of hope to our neighbors who are going through a difficult time in their lives.
