Description:Every Thursday, an enthusiastic crew meets in the kitchen of St. Leo Mission to make over 1,000 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Then a good Samaritan, Bill Luke, picks them up and distributes the sandwiches to the hungry prisoners in the Tijuana jail and the homeless living along the Tijuana Canal. Parishioners donate the peanut butter and jelly and the bread is donated by local grocery stores. If you’d like to help, just bring an apron and join us! Regulars and drop-ins are all welcome!
